at CCI Services

Clients who are using CCI Services to perform their professional Background Searches can now log-in to a secure site and retrieve updated Background Reports. From the time CCI Services receives your request for a Background Investigation until its completion clients can log in at their discretion and check the status of their request as information is obtained by CCI it will be placed into the appropriate client request file and available for that client to download. No more need to call and ask the status of a case or portion of a case, “if we have it, you have access to it.”
