2. All of our staff members are trained in the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, and other privacy related regulations to ensure the confidentiality and privacy of all files maintained by our company.
3. All investigators are licensed and insured in the state of Maryland
4. All supervisory investigators are former, accomplished law enforcement officials or specialist within their field.
5. CCI Services maintains on staff a licensed private investigator who is also a licensed attorney. This key investigator is available to assist field investigators at all times with questions they may have about the legal implications of their investigative efforts.
